Should other eyes forget from endless weeping,
should other hands fall still without your touch,
should other souls forbid your memory keeping,
should other souls forbid your memory keeping,
should other hearts grow cold in solemn trust.
Still ours will hold the memory of your being,
until the light of life goes out in us.
